Because divorces are connected to immoralities and they can play a crucial role in the procedure which leads to apocalypse, I propose some strategies to protect Catholic marriages, for those who will protect their marriage, for the whole life.

The number of divorces is increasing and now the rate is already of 70% in countries like Belgium and Spain. Because in many cases the husband and/or the wife refuse to live together, although they may remain together with their children during 30 years, I believe that's it's possible to live together the whole life, but because of several circumstances, it is the refuse of the other which triumphs.

Lady doesn't expect to live in poverty during 30 years educating children e. g. in small studio, specially in rich countries or northern countries. Man doesn't expect to marry with Scheherazade look lady or brunette... subject is taboo and most men don't have enough choice for beautiful nordic look ladies... fed up to wait, he accepts less beautiful one, brunette look... but no marriage through catholic church... Aesthetic program for ladies may help a lot to happier husbands... like comfort may help to make many ladies happier... it's not everything but it helps a bit...

Divorces are more frequent with the modern style of life. The liberation of the woman and the so called "equality of genders" also favors divorces, because it is more easily to appear disputes, and thus, to divorce. Note: in the Bible, Jesus asks us not to divorce, the Christian/Catholic marriage should be everlasting...

Some of the evil consequences of the divorce for the ex-partners:

• Divorces are a cause of immorality and adultery for the ex-partners, because frequently they finish to find another lover, outside the Catholic marriage...
• Divorces are often cause of (big) suffering for one of the ex-partners (at least)

Concerning the children of the divorced couples, they're also big victims and they are condemned to have extra difficulties, during their childhood but also when they're adults. Just to give an idea of some of these evil sufferings (you may also refer also to this article's newspaper, also in Dutch: Children of broken families make quicker use of violence):

• they take more frequently calming, sleep and antidepressant tablets
• they have more frequently behavior and violence problems
• they are more naive
• they can have more easily sexual perverse tendencies in adult age
• they have more frequently worse results at school
• they have more food and fear problems
• they are more sensitive to stress
• they have more emotional problems
• they have two times more chances to divorce again in adult age
• they have more chances to fall in alcohol and drugs problems

Our Lady (and also Jesus), in New York (link: http://www.tldm.org/directives/d305.htm), said that the best is that the couple pray, everyday, the rosary together. In this way, the family remain united. Of course, some other protections, such as, praying the St. Michael's exorcism, doing fast, putting in the neck the brown scapular, a rosary, the St. Benedict's medal and a crucifix, may help also. Please remember that doing regularly fast/diet also improves the personal appearance and it is thus good to keep the marriage...

It also helps if the woman submits* to her husband, as asked by the bible, Col 3:18... please don't forget also that the husband should love* and correct her wife, as told in Col 3:19 (and thus, also not giving her orders that are a cause of sin), and both should remember that marriage should last for the whole life, even in the difficult situations...

* - But this is also complex! Husband should be pro God + legitimate catholic marriage for life + only children inside marriage... superior Lady should help husband to mount in hierarchy in place of imposing her superiority (doctorate etc)... but sometimes interests are different; those initial conditions do not met 100% (children from other father or mother etc), husband is not christian or pro God etc... thus, the holy Bible suggests what are in general the best practices, but doesn't impose nothing... to see with a priest, meditate eventual risk of spliting complex etc. But: catholic marriages for life should not split... complex, daily rosaries (better in couple) good idea to try to calm things...

The Right to Divorce IS NOT a "TRUE FREEDOM", BECAUSE IT IS THE RIGHT OF ONE(/two) TO DESTROY AGAINST THE RIGHT OF THE OTHERS (the rejected one, the children) TO MAINTAIN THE FAMILY.

IT IS ONE OF THE FALSE FREEDOMS OF THE POLLUTED WEST.

The situation is more dramatic when it goes over Church Marriages and Marriages with Children. That's why Divorces should be forbidden: the Bible is clear.

However, in special dramatic circumstances of violence/danger, a temporary separation could be considered, after discussing with competent institutions, like the Catholic Church, but taking into account that, when the danger finishes, the reunion of the couple/family should be the goal to reach.

To know the opinion of the concerned children about the divorce of their parents, please ask them, when they're 35 years old or older... now, we have possibility to do this kind of tests... it seems clearly that such separations of the concerned parents is not really a good thing...

In some lands, "Divorce Freedom" Statistics are being misled, because of Perverse Laws which favors (imposes) the Mutual Accord Divorces.

The principle is Simple: If the rejected person refuses to Divorce, (e. g., a Christian person), then he/she looses all decisional rights in the divorce procedure, money and real estate included...

In my opinion, to stop this drama of destroying traditional families, the best would simply to forbid divorces, but accompanied with intelligent compensating measures, at least in the most dramatic cases, those of marriages with children and/or Catholic marriages...

But because the situations which lead to divorces are complex and we shall not judge people individually, that should be accompained with intelligent compensating measures, to try to avoid repetition of some dramatic situations from the time of our grand parents. Each case/situation should be carefully analyzed by professional people in order to find the best solution to keep the concerned couple together.

A kind of reconciliation institution, preferably ruled by Catholic Traditional professional people should ideally try to solve each case in a smart way. E.g. lack of money/unemployment/disease: financial support from government, if required; problems of alcoholism/drugs: disintoxication clinic; domestic violence with risk of murder: temporary separation/psychiatric treatment for the sick person; adultery/opposite interests etc. study of each situation, comparing with Mme Clinton experience etc.

Here goes the suggestion: the solutions proposed in the examples above are not necessarily the best ones. Statistical studies could be implemented to analyze the best solution (to prevent) each divorce problem...

Unfortunately, this kind of idea, cutting (selfish false/partial) freedoms, even with compensations, and also because of the complexity of the problem, risks to be polemic or not popular. Also, some cases are impossible to solve in a good way... e.g., father having children from different (ex-) wives, loving one but not the other...

A variant of the idea above, less efficient but maybe less polemic/more popular, it would be to stimulate the good practices/the Will of God, for the couples and to discourage the less desirable practices, using government's money in a smart way.

Not forbidding divorces openly, some polemic could be avoided, while promoting the good practices... Studies/inquiries could also be done, to see the reaction of the citizens to such kind of measures...

Ideally, the best should be to forbid simply the bad practices (forbid divorces), but the risk of unpopularity and polemic exists, even with compensating measures... and, normally, we can not expect a positive reaction from official media...

To think that governments are going to forbid divorces seems presently Utopic. Because presently couples run a great risk of misery because of traps and of laws favoring divorces, I propose also, that, for those who will, before the signature of the catholic marriage, that the future husband and wife engage themselves through a juridical document, the contract of responsibility within the marriage, the original to be stored by a notary... the idea is to force that the divorce doesn't compensate as now. The amounts of money to pay may be adapted, but should be kept high enough to be dissuasive. Anyhow, in case of divorce, the couple cannot escape the court… Please don't forget to check carefully the legality of each clause with the notary (or a lawyer).

A sketch of this document follows:

1. The 2 spouses, a 100% natural man and woman, engage themselves to marry through a catholic marriage and remain married for the whole life, even in the difficult periods: please refer also to the remaining points of this contract. In case that one spouse forces the divorce/annulment (not recognized under this contract), behalf in the cases of prostitution of the woman or preexisting transsexuality before the signature of the catholic marriage (see also remaining points of this contract), he or she shall pay an indemnification of 100% of all his/her revenues in money, estate and capitals, with a minimum of 1000 times the biggest jackpot in Euromillions to the other spouse, plus a food pension with a monthly amount equivalent to the biggest jackpot in Euromillions. In case the national law declares the amounts void, the victim of the forced divorce/annulment shall at least receive a divorce monetary compensation and a monthly food pension with the maximal amounts allowed by the law of the country. For rich people, the amounts must be adapted: they must increase a lot: divorces/annulments shall not compensate neither be payable. In case of reconciliation and reestablishment of the marriage, the payment of the food pension stops and the spouse that received the money shall return back the half of the original amount for indemnity of a forced divorce/annulment (without interests) that was previously kept in a saving bank account.

2. In case of bad intentioned proven bad behaviors or health bad behaviors related to addiction and dependencies, like adultery, physical aggression, alcoholism, drugs addicted, etc. (behalf mutilation or crimes of the style), the spouse in fault shall normally pay each day a 2/30 of its monthly revenue, with a minimum of 50 € per day. However, if this bad behavior is consequence of disease/health problems and evil dependencies/vices, the "aggressor" shall accept adequate healing therapies for the problem, when possible, or otherwise shall pay the normal money amount to the victim spouse.

4. In case of mutilation or homicide practices, the law of the country shall be valid. The aggressor shall also pay the healing treatments and a monetary compensation equivalent to 3 of his/her monthly revenues to the victim.
   
   
5. In case of sexual impotence, the sick person shall accept healing therapies for the problem, when they don't risk the health of the patient (to avoid thus risky tablets like Viagra).
   
   
6. In all points in fault where no price/amount is mentioned, the spouse in fault shall pay per day a 2/50 of its monthly revenue, with a minimum of 25 € per day. All the prices/amounts mentioned in this contract shall be indexed with the inflation rate, every year. If the "aggressor" suffers from a disease which is the cause of the disorders, he/she shall be submitted to adequate therapeutic treatment, when possible, otherwise he/she shall pay the corresponding amounts to the other spouse.

7. The future husband engage himself to love his wife as stated in Col 3:19 and Eph 5:21-33. The husband shall also correct his wife, according to the law of God, not forcing her to sin, like forcing her to abort, to accept sodomy, to steal, to prostitute herself, etc. He shall not force her to a slavery situation (see also following point).
   
   
8. The wife shall be subordinated first to God, and after to his husband, as stated in the Bible, e. g., Col 3:18, Gen 3:16, Eph 5:21-33, and interpreted according to the catholic doctrine of 1200. She shall be responsible for the housewife tasks or ask permission to her husband and master, otherwise.

9. The wife agree to cover her hair/head in church and when praying, as stated in I Cor 11:1-16 and interpreted according to the catholic doctrine of 1200.

The spouses engage themselves to remain or to become (as soon as possible) practicing traditionalist Roman Catholics, connected with the Catholic legitimate pope, which lives in Rome, until the end times. After the next schism, they engage themselves to follow the Catholic (ultra) Traditionalist branch which issues from that schism.
    
    
12. The spouses engage themselves to go to the Sunday's catholic mass every week.
    
    
13. The couple agree when taking communion, to do it with the mouth and knee curbing.

14. This contract takes effect from the date and moment of the signature of a valid catholic marriage and lasts the whole life, except in case of prostitution of the woman, the only case of divorce/annulment allowed by the present contract, and only if the man that wishes.
    
    
15. This contract is established between a man and a woman (no transexualities/homosexualities accepted). Otherwise this contract is not valid - there's no catholic marriage of transsexuals/homossexuals accepted by God-, and the spouse in fault shall pay to the other spouse an amount equal to the one due for a forced divorce (and respective food pension).
    
    
16. The parents engage themselves to give a traditionalist Roman Catholic education to their children.
    
    
17. The spouses engage themselves to honor Jesus with full trust, through the icon of the Divine Mercy (visible at www.christianstrategies.eu).
    
    
18. The separation of estate, money and capitals shall be complete. However, if the wife works, at least 70% of her net wage must go to a bank account of the husband, where she has no control: he must be the master of money at home, in order to avoid abuses or inversions. The superior wife must also cover ~95 % of her hair (with, for instance, a nice, but not luxurious hat), and use a crucifix over her chest.
    
    
19. The only case of divorce/marriage/annulment allowed by this contract is the case where the man asks the divorce because of the prostitution of his wife (refer to the gospels for the subject).

After a well succeeded divorce/annulment/separation that goes against the spirit of the catholic ultra traditional doctrine of 1200 and this contract, none of the ex-spouses shall find another partner(lover). If the spouse who forces the divorce/annulment, finds another lover, he/she shall pay an amount equivalent to the biggest jackpot of Euromillions to the other spouse for each month of proven cohabitation in couple with other partner(s). In case of separation, the spouse who forces the separation and lives in couple with another partner, shall pay an amount equivalent to the half of the biggest jackpot of Euromillions to the other spouse for each month while this situation persists. If the law of the country declares the amounts void, the rejected spouse victim of separation/divorce/annulment shall receive at least a food pension with the maximal values allowed by law, while the adultery situation persists. This sketch can be improved according to specific situations, and the future couple should be asked to read carefully the contract. It would be the time to take (or not) their responsibilities. They shall decide if they want an everlasting marriage or a less serious marriage. Nobody is forced to sign this contract. But once done, they should take their responsibilities. This is not the best solution, but may be a dissuasive, and as 50 years ago, the children could benefit of having the parents together with a minimum of love (or respect for the contract).

In case of ambiguities or special situations, e.g. adultery, alcoholism, drugs, or other situation caused by nervous disease/tendencies, ideally a special (catholic) mediation service should be created in order to try to promote the marriage and study these cases.

Please note that his formula is not 100% reliable: it suffices that a spouse, that wishes the divorce, to run away from the country: he/she would then escape the law from the country of marriage... but in that case, the victim spouse could always claim in court the money and estate of the guilty spouse...

Please note also that unforeseen situations can appear, not covered by the juridical contract, and the law of the country may reduce this type of contract to void... it is always better to ask the advice of a lawyer before signing this contract...
